Unfortunately, issues can occur when sending items via couriers, and we will do what we can in every instance to rectify any problems you might have with your order.

If you're unhappy with your purchase from us, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us to let us know you wish to return the item.
Unfortunately we're unable to pay for postage for returns if you do not like your item and so would request you send it to us at your convenience and we will process your refund as soon as the item arrives. Our returns address is:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us to detail the issue as soon as you receive it.
We will likely request photos of the damage before deciding on the best solution (full or partial refund or replacement) depending upon your preference and our stock level of the relevant item at the time.
We may ask for the product to be returned to us, in which case we will pay for postage.
